Goals As Sheriff
- Be present and lead by example.
- Utilize tools and training available to proactively fight the war on heroin.
- Restore department morale and increase deputy productivity.
- Stop unnecessary lawsuits coming from the jail.
- Stop spending hundreds of thousands in legal fees fighting the union and negotiate a fair contract with deputies.
- Stop the games, bullying and fear tactics coming from department leadership and lead by example.
- Produce better budgetary and policing results for the citizens of Grundy County.
